A Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, he combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth. Ben oversees group strategy, acquisitions, and key client relationships across environmental, M&E, and infrastructure sectors.

Daniel Malyan BA (Hons), FCMA, CGMA

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Daniel is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in finance leadership across PLC, private equity, and multi-site organisations. He ensures transparency, compliance, and profitability across the group, drawing on senior roles with Uperio UK, JB Riney & Co (CRH Plc), and Interserve FM.

Sarah Playfair-Moss BEd (Hons)

Director of Governance & Strategy
Sarah leads governance, HR, and organisational development, embedding ISO-aligned systems that ensure compliance and accountability. With decades of senior leadership in education and institutional management, she brings structure, discipline, and calm authority to the group’s operations.

Teddy oversees nationwide delivery and compliance across environmental response, trauma cleaning, and commercial cleaning services. Known for his precision and reliability, he ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality performance across critical and live operational environments.

Desi is a commercially focused leader and qualified RICS Associate with extensive experience in major infrastructure and construction projects. Formerly with ISG, DGP PLC, Freyssinet UK, and JJ Rhatigan, she combines analytical precision with strong commercial acumen to ensure transparency and best-practice delivery.

Matt advises the board on corporate communications, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
